Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

We offer refunds only if requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Once this time has passed, the order will be processed and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

- Products without original packaging and tags
- Change of mind after order dispatch
5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for delivery costs in case of exchange (unless the mistake is from our side)
6. Important Notes
- Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless they are damaged or incorrect
